Strides for Life

The Irish Cancer Society’s, Strides for Life weekly walking programme will start on Thursday September 1st. It is an individual training programme catering for all levels of ability. Organised by Cuan cancer support centre in Cavan and delivered by trained volunteers, the programme aims to empower cancer survivors to get active and to help improve their overall health and well-being.

Tea/coffee will be available after each walk. The course is free and family members or friends are welcome. Contact Cuan at 455 6632 for more details and to register.
