The Permanent Diaconate:
A Programme for the Training of men for the Permanent Diaconate will commence in St. Angela's College, Sligo, in October 2017. The Diocese of Kilmore hope to send candidates from the diocese for training. If there are
any men between the ages of 35 and 55 who feel that they may have a calling to this very important and very worthwhile ministry they are asked to ring Mr. Sean Coll at the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, 049-4375004, before Friday the 31st March, 2017. An information evening will be arranged for those who are interested. This information evening will be of help to those showing an interest and letting them know what is involved in the Training Programme and in the work of an Ordained Deacon.
Age & Opportunity. Social evening on Wednesday the 15th Feb. 2pm-5pm Chiropodist will attend. Usual buses.
Family Tree Healing Mass: Will be celebrated by Fr. Oliver Devine in the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Cullies Cavan on Friday Feb, 24th at7:30pm. Salt and water
will be blessed on the night. All welcome.
Drumavaddy Social & Development Group are seeking new people to join our Group with new ideas and enthusiasm. New members will not be requested to fill any officer
positions and as Our Loan will be paid off this year, we as a Group will not be focusing on fundraising as much but rather keeping the group alive to maintain The Community Centre and keep the Community active with Community Activities.
