The Backpack Summer Camp for Teenagers!
The Backpack is hosting a residential summer camp in The Emmaus Centre, Dublin
for teenagers from Kilmore Diocese from June 10th -
June 16th. Participants will learn essential skills for life such as stress and
anxiety management, confidence and leadership skills, boundaries in
relationships, and contemplative prayer, in a fun and open environment. Open to

Car Rally:
The car
rally takes place on Sunday 27th May. The organisers
tell us that the roads will be closed from 9:45 am, so to avoid any accidents
we will have the mass the weekend for Sunday May 27th at 8:30pm on
Saturday 26th May.
We tackle
the causes of road deaths, those 159 deaths on our roads are referred to as
"carnage on our roads" but an estimated 5,000 deaths are an
unfortunate reality we must facilitate in Ireland. And it won't stop there.
