Mary's Meals Ireland will hold a church gate collection at St. Matthew's Church, Drumavaddy on Saturday May 27th and at St Matthew's Church, Crosskeys on Sunday, May 28th.  Mary's Meals feed more than 2.4 million children each school year in 18 of the world's poorest countries.  €22 will feed a child in their place of education for a whole school year with at least 93% of all donations going directly to their charitable activities.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.  For more information, go to www.marysmeals.ie

Crosserlough Choral Society will hold an evening of prayer, music and song in St. Mary's Church, Crosserlough on Wednesday 31st May at 8 p.m.  Guest speaker - Siobhan Murphy, Retreat Director.

Everyone welcome. Voluntary contributions in aid of Ballyjamesduff Cancer Support Fund.

Crosskeys NS - Fundraiser"Cash for Clobber"

We are currently collecting bags of unwanted clothes, paired shoes, towels, curtains, bedding etc that are in good condition as part of our "Cash for Clobber" fundraiser.  This is a great opportunity for a spring clean and to help a worthy cause as well. Donations can be dropped off this Saturday, 27th of May at the Resource Centre in Crosskeys from 10.30am - 1pm.

Donations can also be arranged for an alternative time by calling Lorna Keogan 085 1690412.

 

"Remembering Teresa" memorial walk - Thank you!

Denn Running Club along with the Conaty family would like to thank the community and wider communities for taking part in "Remembering Teresa" memorial walk on Saturday, 22nd April and for supporting the charity Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care Fund.  €3089.50 was donated, lodged to the Palliative Care Fund bank account and acknowledged by the charity.    Thank you again for your generosity!
