There have been reports of canine faeces on burial plots in the cemetery. Not only is this unhygienic, and unsavoury, but it is most disrespectful to loved ones buried in the graves. Of course the dogs won’t read this, so those who can read should clean up after their pets.

 

 

COVID-19 Support Line for Older People

ALONE manage a national support line and additional supports for older people who have concerns or are facing difficulties relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Professional staff  are available to answer queries and give advice and reassurance where necessary. The support line is open seven days a week, 8am - 8pm, by calling 0818 222 024.

 SOSAD Cavan  run a Suicide Bereavement Support Group every second Monday from 7pm to 9pm in the Farnham Hotel, Cavan town.

This group is for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide.
