Jesus temptation in the desert:
The fact that there
is a description of Jesus temptation in the desert and there was nobody else
present indicates that Jesus thought it was important that the apostles knew of
this experience. Nobody would go out into the desert on their own for fear of
not been able to find their way back. He wants us to follow him into the desert
where there are no signposts.

Denn GFC Club Membership 2017 Club Membership is now due. In order to be entitled
to the rights of a full member, a person must have their fees paid to the
club. Rates are the same as in 2016. Adult membership is €40 and Student /
Under 18 is €20. Anyone that uses the club's facilities, even if it is only
walking around the pitch must be fully paid up members to be insured. Social
membership is also available for both individuals and families. Individual
social membership costs €15 and Family social membership costs €30. Contact
any committee member.
