Cuan Cavan Cancer Support Centre: The Cuan Cavan Cancer Support Centre is now open; Mon, Wed & Fri, 10-1pm and 2-4pm at Keadue, Cavan  (near the Cathedral) This service is available to all Cancer patients and their family members, where they can avail of our free confidential service (by appointment) and free complementary therapies (also by appointment). Breifne Historical Society Tim Fanning author of the Salamanca Diaries: Father McCabe and the Spanish Civil War will speak about Fr Alex McCabe a native of Drumkilly, and his diaries which provide a unique insight into life in Spain before, during and after the Civil War. in Drumkilly Hall, Kilnaleck, Co Cavan (A82 FX34) on Wednesday 11th March at 8p.m.All welcome.

COVID-19 Guidance for Religious Services.

HSE has issued guidance in relation to Religious Services, which indlcudes:

·         Holy Water Fonts should not be used.

·         Holy Communion should be administered into the hands only.

·         Sharing of the chalice should be avoided.

PLEASE NOTE. Cavan Motor Club will hold their annual states rally on 24th May 2020. Due to road closures locally,  Mass in Crosskeys will be at 9.00 am, instead of the usual 11.00am.

 

Pilgrimage Fundraiser. Fifteen Transition Year Students from St Clare’s College, Ballyjamesduff have been chosen to represent the Kilmore Diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes this year. Two of the students are Aoibhe Conaty and Emma Brady from Denn parish. As part of their fundraiser they are climbing “the stairway to Heaven” Cuilcagh Climb. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

 

Crosskeys N.S. Parents of children in the parish who wish to enrol in Junior Infants for September 2020 are asked to please collect an application form from the school and then return it immediately.
